Luxe Picnic company take the safety of our clients very serious. We will follow CDC protocols and sanitize all items before and after each picnic. Hand sanitizer will be provided for all picnics. 

Fill out the contact form with all the required information. Once the form is received and reviewed a Luxe representative will be in touch to confirm the details. Once the details are confirmed an invoice will be sent out. All deposits must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. The remaining balance will be due 2 week prior to your picnic date. We will do our best to accommodate all your preferences.

Wilmington, North Carolina, serving all surrounding areas. There is a milage fee of $1 per mile after the first 20 miles. Beach picnics will incur an additional fee.

No, we leave after everything is set up and return once your reservation ends.

Yes! We will provide you a menu for your selection.  We can accommodate most request and dietary restrictions with adequate planning and at an additional cost. You may also provide your own food for your picnic if you prefer.

Picnics are a 2-hour minimum. This does not include set up and take down. Take down will be at the designated time. Please arrive on time to allow a full 2-hour picnic experience. Additional hours, for an additional fee may be added to the picnic time depending on availability. 

Some locations do require a permit depending on the size of the event. In many cases, a permit is not required. If a permit is required, we will let you know and plan from there.

Your picnic will be ready and waiting for you at your scheduled time and location. We do expect for you to be on time as we are on a schedule. We will be there to greet you and explain some minor details. You have 2 hours to enjoy your picnic and we will return at the end of your picnic to breakdown. In the event you want to end early please provide us with a 30-minute notice with a simple text message or call and wait for a Luxe representative to arrive before leaving. You are responsible for the picnic items until we can return and collect them.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. We require a 72-hour notice for all cancellations. We are happy to reschedule for a later date if the cancellation is made within the 72-hour window, terms and conditions apply. Due to extensive planning and coordination required to execute each picnic, we do not offer rescheduling for no shows or cancellations after the 72 hour window.

Luxe can cancel the day of your event due to inclement weather. You will have the option to change to an indoor location or reschedule your event within 3 months. There is no cancellation penalty for rescheduling your picnic due to inclement weather.
